Aviation Museum, Middle Finland was open to 1976., and since 1987. is the official name of the Museum of Finnish air force. Its exposition tells about history of Finnish aviation from the beginning up to the present day.

The exhibition comprises 400 models of aircraft, including: “Fokker Di.XXI”, “Messerschmidt Bief 109 g-6” the bomber “Bristol Benheim MK. IV” and the world's only fighter “Brewster”. Moreover, it is possible to see the engines, gear, and uniforms of the Finnish air force.

For tourists, the Museum has a café and a shop selling books and magazines on aviation and assembled model aircraft.
