Also provided for the establishment of the theater, grocery store, fire brigade, Laundry facilities, summer camps and the organization of courses in home Economics.

The city layout is very simple: on the banks of the river there is a factory with its high chimney, and around it on several parallel streets, built houses for the workers. In the southern part of Crespi d'adda is a group of later buildings, intended for clerks and managers. At the entrance to the city you can see the Church in the style of neo-Renaissance, and next to her school. Other buildings designed in the neo-medieval style and is richly decorated with terracotta tiles and wrought iron products. Complete the picture panorama factory, castle and hydroelectric power, a true pearl of industrial architecture, which still works. Cemetery of Crespi d'adda is a national monument and is remarkable for its mausoleum of the family Crespi - tower in the shape of a pyramid, decorated in the art Nouveau style.
