In Piazza Tre Martiri, once played Julius Caesar. Here is a few columns of the porticos - all that remains of the Roman forum. Opposite is the Palace Brioli, which first belonged to the family of Karami, then Baldinini. In the middle of the XVIII century it housed a scientific Observatory.

The complex of Palazzo Brioli included the Clock tower, built 1562. In 1750 D. Carini adorned the tower of the Eternal astrological calendar. A little later the tower was rebuilt and acquired a modern look.
