Natural Park of the Alta Val di Cembra - Avisio was founded in 2011 year in the province of Trento in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige / südtirol. Its membership included a number of protected areas, most of which are located on the ridge of Dossena di Cembra and which are connected by a so-called ecological corridors. Total area of the Park, lying on the border between the provinces of Trentino and Alto Adige - about 3314 hectares.

The Park is fascinating diversity of natural landscapes, especially its wetlands on the ridge Dossena di Cembra is the lake Wald, Vedes, La Palud Lot, Nero, Cavallo, Monjane, Aqua della Rossa and others Not less ecological value is the Avisio river, flowing along the bottom of the valley of Cembra and almost inaccessible to tourists. There are in the Park and other ecosystems - treated human fields and vineyards, deciduous forests, in which there are downy oak, ash and hornbeam, and these dense thickets of pine and beech trees that climb up the steep rocks. Among the woods and fields laid the network of marked trails, took to the roads on which you can find yourself on the banks of this canyon or in the middle of an ancient village, once the centre of the economic life of the region. In the Park you can enjoy Nordic walking, to get to know local edible and medicinal plants, to experience the healing effects of larch wood, known as "larga".
