House, Fenoglio-Lafleur is a historic building in art Nouveau in Turin. Located in the heart of San Donato along with other outstanding buildings in the art Nouveau style and the "new Gothic". The building was designed in 1902 by engineer Pietro Fenoglio, who built it as his personal residence.

, Fenoglio designed the house in the tradition of French art Nouveau - it was the house-Studio, which allowed him to exhibit the creativity of its inhabitants. In those years, the art Nouveau style dominated in Turin and Casa Fenoglio was his expression. Pietro Fenoglio was personally involved in creating each element of a building - from laying the cement base prior to the installation of wooden doors and decorating. However, shortly after the completion of Pietro Fenoglio and his family left the house, sold it to a French businessman by the name of Lafleur, who lived here until his death. The heirs Lafleur gave the building "La Benefica" - known in Turin orphanage and charitable associations. During the Second World war, the house practically has not suffered from the bombing, but for several decades was abandoned and began to decline. Only in the 1990-ies it was sold into private hands and carefully restored according to the original design. Today, Casa Fenoglio-Lafleur is partially occupied private residences as part of the building devoted to offices.

The building is located on the outskirts of the old town. It consists of three floors with attic. At the intersection of Corso Francia and via Principi d Acaya to find the main entrance to the building and the inner garden. The building itself is a fine example of the combination of different materials. The scenery is lush and rich. On the facade attracts the attention of a well-defined window ledge, with colored glass.
