Independence Palace is one of the cultural attractions of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Grand opening of the Palace took place in December 2008 with the participation of local authorities and residents. Independence Palace is the venue for various public events, meetings, congresses, forums and meetings.

Technical equipment, room capacity, and of course, comfort, can hold here all events at the highest level. In addition to the official events at the Palace are also concerts, exhibitions and other festivities.

The Palace of Independence in Astana consists of the Congress hall with a capacity of 3082 persons, the ceremonial hall for 268 seats, the press-center for 220 people, gallery of applied art and Ethnography, gallery of modern art, the Museum of the history of the city of Astana, cinema 4D, cinema 3600, the layout of the hall and electronic library. Also in the Palace there is a spacious restaurant on 678 is equipped with a stage and modern sound equipment.

Independence Palace is a three-story building. The first floor is designed in national and modern styles. The internal structure of the Independence Palace is a harmonious combination of rigorous solutions with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for aesthetics. On the second floor houses the gallery of modern art, which is an active center of cultural life of the Kazakh capital. It is here that exhibitions of national and international scope of different styles and directions. The third room has composite built hall "Gallery of applied art and Ethnography", delighting visitors with unique exhibits of an antiquity, as well as two cinemas (cinema 4D on 49 seats, cinema 3600) and dummy hall "Astana 2030".
